- Strong knowledge of complex electro-mechanical product design, with an understanding of key design parameters affecting product performance.
- Familiarity with development and simulation software is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with advanced MS Project Pro skills .
Qualifications & Experience:
- Hands-on experience in managing the development and testing of complex electro-mechanical products.
- Ability to lead projects autonomously in a fast-paced, R&D-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive, self-starter mindset.
Why Join Us?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, agile team working on cutting-edge engineering solutions. As the first person in this standalone Project Manager role, you will set the tone for project delivery, bringing structure, momentum, and clear leadership.
