Responsibilities

• Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of ventilation products and systems.
• Focus on social housing, local authorities and new build projects (e.g., office blocks, apartment blocks, hotels, student accommodation) and associated commercial projects.
• Generate specifications via building services consultants, M&E consultants, specifiers and housing developers.
• Sell into M&E contractors, main contractors, sub-contractors, developers and builders.
• Develop new business relationships and maximise output from existing accounts.
• Deal with typical project values around £50k - £500k depending on project size.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate: Technical Sales Manager Ventilation Products with a technical background willing to move into field sales.
• Strong technical knowledge and capabilities, with HVAC product experience (e.g., ventilation products, ventilation systems, ducting units, air handling units, air conditioning, extract fans, heat recovery units, boilers, radiators, fans, attenuation units).
• Ideally, contacts with M&E consultants, social housing specifiers, main contractors and sub-contractors.
• Team player who is highly organized.

Role Details

• Area to be covered: South West.
• Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000 + uncapped commission (1.5% of all sales) + discretionary annual bonus £6,000 - £10,000.
