Overview
Vertex Search is hiring and provides a fantastic opportunity for high billings, excellent commission, a supportive culture and great work-life balance. We have had a strong opening 24+ months as a business and are looking to capitalise on that success and go from strength to strength with the addition of new mid-senior recruiter hires.
Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify, track and engage top-tier technical and quantitative talent, building mutually beneficial, long-term relationships.
- Building Talent Pipelines: Develop, maintain and nurture multiple robust pipelines of top candidates across experience levels and role disciplines.
- End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial prospecting to offer acceptance and starting, through to post-hire.
- Closing: Successfully close offers to meet clients\' needs and candidates\' goals.
- Client Care: Provide a top-class client engagement service, building on and enhancing Vertex\'s reputation with current and future potential clients.
- A passion for connecting a range of talent with relevant, exciting opportunities.
- Proven ability to identify, engage and close top tier talent through consistent multi-touch engagement across multiple channels.
- Expertise in end-to-end technology or quant recruitment, either agency or in house, ideally within one or more of Software / Data Engineering, ML / AI or Quant Research / Trading.
- Proven success in building exceptional candidate and client relationships.
- Exceptional attention to detail, determination and a self-starter attitude.
- Financial services / quant recruitment experience is highly desirable but not required.
- Demonstrable aptitude and desire to work in a remote-first setting, with strong time management skills.
