Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Team Leader (Residential Conveyancing) with 5+ Years PQE for a remote working position. The role offers a competitive salary (DOE) and the opportunity to lead and support a high-performing legal team.

Responsibilities include:

• Drafting comprehensive contract report letters for new development sites and individual sales.
• Preparing clear conveyancing search report letters for clients.
• Reviewing development documentation for residential sales and mortgage lender security.
• Providing expert guidance on legal issues, ensuring compliance, and mitigating risks.
• Utilizing case management systems, HM Land Registry portal, and online conveyancing platforms.
• Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues.

Applicants should be Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 Years PQE. The role offers a supportive, collaborative environment with professional development opportunities.
