Job Description:

We are seeking a confident legal professional for the role of Technical Team Leader (Residential Conveyancing) with 5+ years PQE. This role offers remote working and a competitive salary (DOE). Job reference: 0609.

• Applicants should be Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 5 years PQE seeking a new challenge.
• Responsibilities include drafting contract report letters for new development sites and sales, and conveyancing search report letters for clients.
• Review development documentation to ensure suitability for residential sales and mortgage security.
• Provide guidance on legal issues, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
• Strong knowledge of case management systems, HM Land Registry portal, and online conveyancing platforms is required.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and colleagues.
