Job Description

We are seeking a confident legal professional with over 5 years PQE for the role of Technical Team Leader in Residential Conveyancing. This position offers remote working and a competitive salary DOE. Reference: 0609.

• Applicants should be Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 years PQE seeking a new challenge.
• You will draft comprehensive contract report letters for new development sites and individual sales, as well as conveyancing search report letters for clients.
• Review development documentation to ensure suitability for residential sales and mortgage lender security requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on technical legal issues, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
• Strong knowledge of case management systems, HM Land Registry portal, and online conveyancing platforms is required.
• Excellent communication skills are essential for liaising with clients and colleagues.
