Technical Writer
New Yesterday
Our Product Management team drives product initiatives from inception through execution, makes impacts and launches products/features across our global footprint. We collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable features and products.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Writer who will be the voice of our platform—crafting documentation and educational content that inspires users to build, explore, and innovate with our exchange. You’ll go far beyond traditional API docs, creating user-friendly guides, help articles, and blog posts that make our features shine and empower our community. If you thrive at the intersection of technology and communication, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Educate & Inspire: Own the end-to-end documentation lifecycle for our platform and APIs, including user-facing help pages and feature guides. Develop content that engages and educates—step-by-step tutorials, best-practice guides, FAQs, technical blog posts, and more.
- Make Features Discoverable: Write clear, concise, and compelling help documentation for every feature of our Exchange, ensuring users can unlock the full potential of our platform.
- Be a Developer Advocate: Translate complex technical concepts and code (Python, Go, TypeScript, etc.) into accessible examples and guides for both technical and non-technical audiences. Create content that motivates people to build with our APIs, not just reference them.
- Collaborate & Lead: Work closely with product and engineering teams to stay ahead of new features and updates. Define and maintain documentation standards for voice, tone, and style.
- Expand Our Reach: Contribute to client-facing resources, including FAQs, blog posts, and educational materials. Help shape our community’s learning experience through engaging content across multiple channels.
- 5+ years of technical writing experience
- Domain expertise in crypto trading and/or exchange platforms is a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing your ability to explain complex technical topics with clarity and impact.
- Ability to read and understand code in multiple programming languages.
- Strong collaboration skills—you’re comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Passion for technology and a genuine empathy for the developer and user experience.
- Degree in Computer Science, English, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience creating video tutorials is a plus.
