About The Role

This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle of multiple medium to large sized projects across Nomad Foods, including the implementation of business change and technology, leading functional and technical workstreams.

The successful candidate will own the overall responsibility for project delivery, ensuring projects are on schedule, within budget, and meet their intended outcomes. They will estimate and manage costs, timelines, and resources proactively, escalate Risks & Issues to Project Sponsors and Business Partners, and facilitate discussions to resolve complex project issues.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

  1. Manage the full project lifecycle and implementation of business change and technology, leading functional and technical workstreams.
  2. Communicate short-term plans, priorities, and project status to stakeholders, steering committees, executive sponsors, and project teams.
  3. Provide leadership to matrix project teams, including Business Leads, Functional SMEs, BAs, Infrastructure Analysts, Solution Designers, Service Delivery, and Outsource partners.
  4. Ensure compliance with relevant Operating model procedures, including Service Management, Project Lifecycle Methodology (PLM), and Sarbanes-Oxley controls.
  5. Manage cutover activities for major changes, obtaining agreement for revisions from business system owners and support teams.
  6. Contribute to the development of the Project Methodology toolkit, working with the PMO to promote adoption and consistency.
  7. Manage project budgets (capex and opex), maintain accurate forecasts, and adhere to financial controls.
  8. Lead, develop, coach, and motivate project team members.
