We are looking for an individual to lead a high standard of service in managing the technology transfer cycle, leading to successful operationalisation of research that contributes to the organisation's innovation goals.We are Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation and a proud part of the University of Cambridge.About the roleAs our Technology Transfer Manager, you\'ll:Lead due diligence of research outputs to determine alignment with internal products, services, and roadmaps.Act as key contact point for operationalisation activities, liaising with academic researchers and product teams to identify opportunities for impact through the application of research outputs.Lead the development and implementation of plans to transfer technology and knowledge from external research partners and internal research teams to internal product and capability teams.Managing existing and new patents resulting from the tech transfer process.Maximises the impact of dissemination activities like workshops, seminars, and training sessions to promote knowledge transfer.About youYou are experienced in innovation management, technology transfer, or knowledge transfer with a track record in managing technology transfer projects.
