Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Hybrid - Hamilton, Scotland (Hub Office 2 days per week)

Salary: From £30,000 + £15,000 OTE and Uncapped Bonus

What Will You Do?

  • Ignite Strategic Growth — Craft and execute bold plans that attract and retain SMB clients. Smash targets. Drive momentum. Be the catalyst for transformative success.
  • Fuel our growth engine through cold calling, smart networking, and killer referrals. Outperform goals and make waves with your impact.
  • Become a Master Relationship Builder — Act as the face of Newcross for SMB clients. Build lasting connections and deliver the kind of personalized, high-value experience that makes clients say “yes” again and again.
  • Leverage Market Intelligence Like a Pro — Use CRM data, market trends, and competitor insights to tailor outreach, unlock new opportunities, and stay two steps ahead.
  • Own the Deal as a Negotiation Ninja — Navigate objections, influence decision-makers, and close deals with precision. You’ll guide prospects through the pipeline like a boss.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and stellar service delivery. Your feedback will shape strategies and elevate our performance to new heights.
