Test Team Lead

Hybrid role based out of Leatherhead office; minimum 3 office days per week (Tue, Wed, Thu). Requires SC clearance or eligibility to obtain; only UK nationals.

Your Future Duties And Responsibilities

• Support Test Manager in delivering test programme.
• Day‑to‑day task management.
• Support defect management process.
• Produce weekly test metrics and drive team to meet performance targets.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

• Experience with test management tools (e.g., Opentext AQM, HP ALM).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Manual testing experience.
• ISTQB Software Testing Foundation Level or ISEB equivalent.
