Role Overview

The Space, Defence and Intelligence business unit in CGI is a true IT Systems Integrator. We work, build and operate bespoke, technically complex, mission‑critical systems that help our clients keep us all safe and secure.

The project is seeking a Test Team Lead who will support a Test Manager in delivering the test programme.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day test team tasks.
• Support the defect management process.
• Produce weekly test metrics.
• Drive the team to meet performance targets.
• Support the Test Manager in delivering the test programme.

Qualifications

• Experience with test management tools (e.g., Opentext AQM (HP ALM)).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Manual testing experience.
• ISTQB Software Testing Foundation Level or ISEB equivalent.

Benefits and Working Conditions

Hybrid position based out of our office in Leatherhead. Minimum 3× per week in office (Tue, Wed, Thu). Due to the secure nature of the role, only applicants who are a sole UK National and who currently hold SC clearance or are eligible to obtain SC clearance will be considered.
