Learn more at www.alkimi.orgRole DescriptionThis is a full-time User Experience Designer role with a hybrid working arrangement. The role is based in London or Europe. Day-to-day tasks include conducting user research, applying design thinking methodologies, and creating visual designs and prototypes to enhance the user experience (UX) of our products.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and optimise user journeys, flows, and interactions.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-level UX solutions for new features and improvements of existing ones.Participate in feature planning and prioritisation together with product managers and developers.Ability to run A/B tests to fulfil product goals and strategy.Ability to define and execute new product features and reduce ambiguity.Maintain UX documentation: specifications, user scenarios, feature checklists and improve the design system.Define and track UX metrics (user behavior, funnels, A/B tests, retention).Analyse user research and product data to support decision-making.QualificationsProficiency in Design Thinking and User ResearchSkills in Visual Design and User Experience (UX)Experience in Prototyping and creating interactive mockupsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDegree in Design, HCI, User Experience, or a related field (desirable)Strong proficiency in AI tools - you live and breathe the latest tech and know how to operate at speed and precision.Strong proficiency in Figma or similar design softwareSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionDesign, Art/Creative, and Information TechnologyIndustries: Advertising ServicesWe’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
