User Experience Designer

Vacancy Reference: 182354

Salary: UofG Grade 7, £41,064 - £46,049 per annum

The University of Glasgow has been changing the world for more than 574 years, and we are one of the world's top 100 universities, ranked 12th in the world in the Times Higher Education (THE) World Impact Rankings 2024. Our people have always been at the forefront of innovation, and our past achievements inspire our current world changers.

We’re building something better at the University of Glasgow. Not just better websites, but better experiences – the kind that make sense, feel effortless, and quietly make people’s lives easier.

As a User Experience Designer you will help reimagine how students find their way into the University, starting with a new CRM experience built on Salesforce. It’s complex, human, and full of opportunity for someone who loves designing systems that actually work for people. You will sweat the details, care about the why as much as the what, and make a real impact at scale.

This post is full‑time (35 hours p/w) and fixed term for up to the 30th July 2027.
