We’re seeking a driven and intuitive Founding UI Designer to join a startup Digital Agency. You'll play a key role in accelerating the design of an innovative app that's disrupting the hiring market.

You’ll be working closely alongside the CEO (a brand strategist), the ex-UX designer turned Product Manager, and another Founding UI designer. You'll be on the same level as the founders. This is a rare opportunity to shape the direction of a forward-thinking product from the ground up.

Your primary goal is to drive and elevate the UI, building, improving, and experimenting with features during rapid sprints. There’s no rigid process or heavy briefing, giving you the freedom to explore, push boundaries, and create. You’ll be joining during a key sprint phase for the web app while continuing to evolve the mobile offering.

We need someone who’s naturally gifted, agile, optimistic, and not afraid to break convention. Energy and team fit outweigh traditional structure or academic credentials.

We’re especially interested in UI designers with UX experience. Having agency background or experience working across multiple fast-paced projects is a major plus. You'll be designing end-to-end user journeys, iterating fast, and should be excited by the autonomy and creativity this role allows.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong expertise in UI design with a strong grasp of UX fundamentals
  • Proficient in Figma and other key design tools
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design across web and mobile
  • Experience working in startups or fast-paced agency environments
  • Ability to self-start, move quickly, and contribute to ideation
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a bold, modern aesthetic
  • Positive, confident and collaborative
  • Ability to communicate clearly with engineers and product leads
