As a UX Designer, you'll play a key role in delivering seamless, user-centered experiences by:Designing wireframes, user interfaces, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platformsPlanning and conducting usability tests and supporting discovery interviewsCollaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to iterate on solutionsEnsuring consistency and quality across user journeys and interaction designsSupporting and evolving our design systemsValidating designs with internal teams, dealerships, and end usersWorking across multiple squads to deliver cohesive, scalable solutions, Delivery of validated, user-tested designs across key product areas within 6 monthsImproved customer effort scores and positive user feedbackEnhanced usability and consistency across our digital platformsQualifications5+ years of UX design experience, with a strong portfolio that showcases your design thinking and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Figma and other modern design toolsExperience in usability testing and user researchStrong understanding of interaction and service design principlesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience designing for mobile-first and responsive web applicationsA collaborative mindset and a passion for creating meaningful user experiencesWillingness to travel to our Bruntingthorpe office once a week and attend in-person dealership sessions when neededWe do not accept unsolicited CVs sent to the recruitment team or directly to a hiring manager.
