  • Have a genuine impact on our customers, and gain recognition for your work.

What You'll Do

As a UX Designer, you’ll be inventing and designing websites and software applications that provide compelling and seamless customer experiences for native and browser-based experiences across desktop and mobile platforms. You’ll develop high-level storyboards, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas for both strategic programmes and streams of work, delivering consistent, efficient and enjoyable UX designs.

  • Work closely with product owners, researchers, visual designers and development to create new products and features and extend existing ones.
  • Translate customer insights into designed experiences and form a compelling story around them.
  • Develop and own the delivery of user-centered solutions within project timeframes and objectives, working with Agile project teams and key stakeholders.
  • Commission and participate in user research and testing activities, drawing the insight needed to make informed and user-centered design decisions.
  • Help project stakeholders understand and define customer value.

The Skills You'll Need

You’ll have an eye for visual interaction details, coupled with excellent communication skills, to champion interface designs and thinking with product owners and developers, and present your work effectively. This is a mid-level role requiring experience in planning, managing and delivering UX work as a self-sufficient designer with a varied project workload.

  • Extensive experience delivering interface designs for high-performance environments.
  • Significant experience supporting user-centered design processes and creating material required to support user testing and concept communication.
  • Proficiency using interaction design and visualization tools such as Figma and Axure.
  • Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design and a background in human-computer interaction or a related field.
