What You’ll Be Doing

As a UX Designer, you’ll play a key role in delivering seamless, user-centered experiences by:

• Designing wireframes, user interfaces, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms
• Planning and conducting usability tests and supporting discovery interviews
• Collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to iterate on solutions
• Ensuring consistency and quality across user journeys and interaction designs
• Supporting and evolving our design systems
• Validating designs with internal teams, dealerships, and end users
• Working across multiple squads to deliver cohesive, scalable solutions

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of UX design experience, with a strong portfolio that showcases your design thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools
• Experience in usability testing and user research
• Strong understanding of interaction and service design principles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience designing for mobile-first and responsive web applications
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for creating meaningful user experiences
• Willingness to travel to our Bruntingthorpe office once a week and attend in-person dealership sessions when needed

Nice to Have

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for smoother developer collaboration
• Experience designing for B2B platforms and customer-facing applications
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
