UX/UI Lead / Figma / Miro / Jira

Opportunity to lead the UX and design initiatives for all products within a client's Digital Solutions dept. You will be driving and overseeing design efforts across multiple squads and products, and providing support / guidance to devs during build.

Role Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include:

  • Prepping content and support facilitating user-based ‘design thinking' workshop
  • Analysing and digest user research to design solutions that balance user needs with business objectives
  • Conducting testing sessions for wireframes and final designs to validate solutions
  • Working effectively with users, stakeholders, and squad members, ensuring a cohesive approach to project delivery.

Person Specification

Essential skills will include:

  • Strong Figma skills
  • Wireframing
  • Prototyping
  • Creating user-centric designs
