What You’ll Do

• Lead and deliver complex valuation engagements across a range of contexts: transactions, disputes, restructuring, and fund portfolio reviews
• Build robust valuation models (DCF, comps, precedent transactions, options pricing) and produce insightful financial analysis
• Drive research into market trends, sectors, and benchmarks to support accurate conclusions
• Draft clear, commercially focused valuation reports and client communications
• Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to understand their objectives and guide strategic outcomes
• Mentor and support junior team members in both technical and soft skill development
• Contribute to business development efforts, especially in the growing SME and small-cap advisory space

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ valuations or related experience (4+ years considered for outstanding candidates)
• ACA qualified (min. 2 years PQE preferred) or CFA charter-holder
• Strong background in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Deal Advisory, or Restructuring
• Expertise in valuation methodologies including DCF, comparable companies, Black-Scholes, and Monte Carlo
• Advanced financial modelling skills and sharp analytical thinking
• Clear, concise communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
• Commercially astute, proactive, and eager to make a real impact
