Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Permanent Role | FM Service Provider | Within M25
A leading Facilities Management service provider is seeking a skilled Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis, covering multiple commercial office sites within the M25.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term position with a reputable company, working across high-profile buildings and delivering top-tier maintenance services.

Role Details
Role Type: Van Mobile - Commercial Offices
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
Key Responsibilities
- Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical tasks
- Maintain emergency lighting, carry out re-lamping, tap changes, and minor plumbing
- Conduct fire alarm and sprinkler system tests
- General fabric maintenance and building upkeep
- Escort subcontractors and maintain accurate site logbooks
- Collaborate with other engineers across multiple sites
Candidate Requirements
- 18th Edition certification (Essential)
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- Inspection & Testing qualification (Desirable)
- Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled with strong communication and customer service abilities
- Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates
