Join to apply for the Veterinary Surgeon - Small Animal role at IVC Evidensia at Victoria Veterinary Practice. You will mainly be based at Dowlais with an average of one day per week at Aberdare.

Salary and incentives

Salary up to £75,000 DOE. Welcome bonus up to £10,000. Relocation allowance up to £8,000.

Responsibilities and opportunities

We have the caseload and experience to support both medical and surgical (including Orthopaedics) interests, and we will provide you with the skills and resources to reach your career goals. If you enjoy taking charge of your own cases and providing excellent care to clients, this role is perfect for you.

Work pattern and hours

Find a rota pattern that works for you. We welcome full or part time applicants. Typically, the full-time position is 40 hours over 4 days per week with no OOH and no Bank Holidays.

Victoria Veterinary Practice is a community-minded, multi-branch veterinary practice. Both sites (Dowlais & Aberdare) are in the South Wales valleys with easy access to Cardiff. Dowlais is near the Brecon Beacons. Our facilities include a dedicated in-house lab, dental suite, theatres, kennels, prep area, isolation ward, ultrasound, and digital radiography across sites.
