Role: Writer/Journalist Programme – focused on content creation for BORGEN Magazine or The Borgen Project Blog.

Responsibilities

  • Article writing for BORGEN Magazine or The Borgen Project Blog.
  • Researching topics relevant to poverty, policy, and advocacy.
  • Assisting with The Borgen Project's advocacy efforts.
  • Assisting with fundraising by creating a personal fundraising campaign and meeting targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: No prior experience is necessary. We welcome applicants who are passionate about fighting poverty and righting wrongs, regardless of GPA or background.

Details

  • This is an unpaid programme, although college credit is available.
  • Part-time: 12 hours per week for 12 weeks (remote).
  • If availability is limited, you can work ahead and complete the programme in fewer weeks.
  • Start: New programmes begin every month; you choose the month to start.
