Overview

VP Engineering at Legl is a critical role, reporting to the CTO and responsible for translating our technology strategy into operational excellence. You'll lead our engineering team through a transformative period as we embrace AI-native development practices and AI technologies in our platform. Working closely with Product, Design, and the executive team, you'll ensure we deliver robust, scalable solutions that delight our customers while maintaining the velocity and innovation of a fast-growing startup. Legl is remote-first with an office in Holborn. Given the collaborative nature of this role, in-office presence is expected at least once a week, with flexibility to increase based on business needs.
