Job Overview

We are seeking an Advanced Employee Relations Practitioner to join our Employee Relations Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering HR advisory and casework services, providing expert HR advice, triaging complex queries, overseeing case management, and developing management information for strategic insights.

Qualifications

• Degree level education with a postgraduate diploma in HR or equivalent experience
• Chartered CIPD membership
• Previous experience in a public sector or NHS setting (preferred)
• Familiarity with HR Service Management tools such as ServiceNow
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
