Advanced Employee Relations Practitioner – Employee Relations

We are looking for an Advanced Employee Relations Practitioner to join our Employee Relations Team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective delivery of HR advisory and casework services. Responsibilities include providing expert HR advice to HR Service Desk Advisors, triaging complex queries, overseeing case allocation and progression, and monitoring activity to ensure compliance with policy frameworks and service-level expectations. The postholder will also lead the development and reporting of Management Information to support strategic insights and operational improvements.

Requirements include being educated to degree level with a postgraduate diploma in HR or equivalent experience, and Chartered CIPD membership. Ideally, candidates will have experience within a public sector or NHS context, familiarity with HR Service Management tools like ServiceNow, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive, solutions-focused approach. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, along with the ability to plan workloads and meet deadlines, are essential.
