Advanced Employee Relations Practitioner – Employee Relations

AfC - Band 7

Base: WestPort/Hybrid

We are looking for an Advanced Employee Relations Practitioner to join our Employee Relations Team. The successful candidate plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective delivery of HR advisory and casework services. They are responsible for providing expert HR advice to HR Service Desk Advisors, triaging complex queries, overseeing the allocation and progression of cases to Case Managers, and ensuring that all activity is monitored and aligned with policy frameworks and service-level expectations. The postholder will also lead on the development and reporting of Management Information to support strategic insight and operational improvements.

Educated to degree level with a postgraduate diploma in HR or equivalent experience and Chartered CIPD membership; ideally you will have previous experience of within a public sector or NHS context; familiarity with HR Service Management tools such as ServiceNow or equivalent, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive and solutions-focused approach. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to plan own and others workload and deliver to tight deadlines will be essential.
