A global entertainment company is searching for a skilled Account Manager for a 7-month contract, hybrid working in London, paying £60k – £71k per annum to join their team and play a pivotal role in shaping the success of their ad campaigns. You will be the vital link between sales, clients, and internal teams, ensuring seamless campaign execution and maximizing client satisfaction. As an Account Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind campaign success. You’ll own the entire campaign lifecycle, from initial planning to performance analysis, collaborating with clients and internal teams to optimize campaigns and deliver outstanding results. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, build strong relationships, and make a tangible impact on the company’s advertising revenue.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Oversee ad campaign delivery and performance, implementing optimization strategies to maximize impact.
  2. Partner with campaign management teams to ensure campaigns are flawlessly executed.
  3. Develop and deliver insightful performance reports to clients, showcasing campaign success and areas for improvement.
  4. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate concerns to Ad Operations as needed.
  5. Provide post-campaign analysis and strategic recommendations to clients.
  6. Manage campaign escalations, proactively identifying solutions to prevent recurring issues.
  7. Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to understand client objectives and exceed their expectations.
  8. Contribute to RFP responses, crafting compelling media plans that address client needs and budget considerations.
  9. Coordinate with cross-functional teams on the development of custom creative assets.
  10. Stay up-to-date on the latest ad products, targeting options, sponsorship opportunities, and ad policies.
  11. Assist with monthly billing and invoicing processes.
  12. Cultivate strong relationships with clients and agency partners.
  13. Provide support to the account management team during peak periods.
