We’re headquartered in Palma, Mallorca and employ around 3,500 people worldwide.## **JOB DESCRIPTION:****Account Manager – UK & Benelux Region (Maternity Cover)****Location:** Hybrid (London Office) **Reporting to:** Area Manager **Employment Type:** Full-Time**About the Role**The Account Manager is responsible for developing and nurturing long-term, differentiated, and sustainable partnerships with hotel partners. Through a consultative and data-driven approach, the Account Manager leads strategic negotiations, delivers compelling joint value propositions, and ensures the commercial success of the portfolio. This role is pivotal in the tandem model, working closely with the Account Optimisation Manager to align on strategy, execution, and performance monitoring.**Key Responsibilities*** Conduct face-to-face meetings with partners to present tailored, compelling propositions.* Communicate the unique benefits of partnering with Hotelbeds.* Lead high-stakes negotiations with new and existing partners.* Secure favourable terms and close high-value sales agreements.* Drive revenue growth* Identify opportunities to improve contracting quality and conversion rates.* Monitor and act on performance metrics* Integrate HBX Group ecosystem solutions into partner strategies.* Identify and onboard new strategic accounts.* Collaborate with Business Development Managers to harvest signed acquisitions.* Maintain accurate records in internal tools**What You’ll Bring*** Strong negotiation and influencing skills* Strategic account planning* Data analysis and insight generation* Excellent communication and collaboration* Adaptability and solution orientation* Strong understanding of the London hotel market* Excellent communication and collaboration skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Highly organised and efficient with attention to detail* Experience with tools such as Salesforce and Tableau**Ways of Working*** Operate in a tandem model with an Account Optimization Manager* Align on shared goals and strategies through weekly planning and performance reviews* Build influential partnerships with hotel suppliers through consultative engagement* Adapt account growth plans based on hotel performance and market dynamics* Be part of a redefined commercial approach focused on measurable impact* Work in a collaborative ecosystem with cross-functional teams* Help shape the future of our product offering in a key strategic regionYou will have the opportunity to work for a company that is going through significant change in becoming the world´s leading travel services provider.
