This is a fully remote role, but you must be available during UK daytime hours (9am–6pm UK time) for client calls and internal check-ins. We’re open to applicants based anywhere with similar time zones – such as Ireland, most of Europe, or South Africa.

The Role
We’re looking for an Account Manager who’s proactive, organised, and confident managing multiple client relationships. You’ll be the go-to person for our clients, making sure everything runs smoothly across our services.
Experience with ClickUp and HubSpot is essential, as they’re core to how we work and communicate.
This is a fully remote role, but you must be available to work during UK daytime hours (between 9am–6pm UK time). Exact hours are flexible, but you need to be reachable during the working day for client calls and internal check-ins.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they are happy with our services.
- Manage client accounts, track project progress, and make sure deadlines are met.
- Use ClickUp for project management and task tracking.
- Use HubSpot for CRM, reporting, and client communication.
- Work closely with our web developers, SEO team, and automation specialists to deliver results.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for existing clients.
- Keep clients informed with regular updates and performance reports.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar client-facing role.
- Confident using ClickUp and HubSpot.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working remotely and across time zones in the UK or Europe.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once without losing attention to detail.
- Understanding of digital marketing, websites, and SEO/PPC.
- Bonus: Greek-speaking (not required, but helpful for some of our clients)
