We’re on the lookout for an Account Manager to join a lovely marketing agency in Leeds city centre. You’ll be working with one of the world’s most iconic coffee brands. Think global reach, high street presence, and a name you probably said this morning before your first sip.

About the role

You'll play a key role in delivering standout campaigns for a global FMCG brand. You’ll take full ownership of day to day client relationships, ensuring briefs are clear, timelines are met, and every project runs smoothly from concept through to completion. Working closely with internal teams, particularly the studio. You’ll translate client needs into actionable briefs and have a solid grasp of artwork processes. This is a hands on, delivery focused role that would suit someone who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment and takes real pride in getting the details right.

About you

The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail oriented, and thrives on process. You’ll have a solid understanding of how to take a brief, bring clarity to it, and collaborate seamlessly with the studio to bring ideas to life. Naturally curious and proactive, you’ll be confident juggling multiple projects at once and keeping everything moving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
