Account Payables Specialist role at WOLFFKRAN. This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Specialist in Greater London, with flexibility for remote work.

Role Description

The Account Specialist will be responsible for analytical tasks, communication with clients, financial management, customer service, and account management on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manually processing invoices from receipt to payment
  • Investigating and managing invoice discrepancies through to resolution
  • Escalating payment issues internally as required
  • Maintaining supplier records including bank details
  • Ensuring compliance with external regulations and reporting where applicable
  • Following Standing Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal controls
  • Owning and maintaining Standing Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Delivering against set targets that contribute to wider Service Level Agreements
  • Providing excellent customer service for query resolution
  • Maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Risk awareness and ability to mitigate risk
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with Finance IT and payment systems (SAP R/3 experience required)

Qualifications

  • Experience in a complex Accounts Payable/Finance function
  • Knowledge of accounts payable principles, practices, regulations, and procedures
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to contribute positively to the Accounts Payable function
  • 5+ years work experience in related field
