Your new role
As an Accounts Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading client engagements, managing a portfolio of key accounts, and mentoring a team of talented professionals. You'll work closely with partners and clients to deliver strategic financial insights and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of clients across various sectors
- Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and management accounts
- Provide strategic advice to clients on financial planning, tax, and business growth
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence
What you'll need to succeed
- ACCA or ACA Qualified
- Minimum 5 years PQE working in an accountancy firm
- Proven track record of developing junior staff
- Extensive experience preparing accounts for small to medium companies
- Good communicator with fluent English
- Able to manage high workload and delegate accordingly
