For our client, an international telecommunications player, we are looking for an energetic, proactive, and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our fast-paced, collaborative environment! In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with senior leaders, supporting critical initiatives, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Main responsibilities
- Be the trusted right-hand to our leadership team, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and juggling priorities with ease
- Handle complex travel arrangements and expense reports with precision and efficiency
- Act as a key liaison between leaders, teams, and external partners—ensuring seamless communication and strong relationships
- Organise events, manage projects, and maintain confidential documentation like a pro
- Represent our leaders and team with professionalism, enthusiasm, and exceptional attention to detail.
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative or assistant role within a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organization and multitasking skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
- Discretion, sound judgement, and problem-solving skills are second nature to you.
- Proactive, positive, and ready to embrace every challenge.
- Comfortable working across cultures, time zones, and global teams.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work model - 3 days per week in the office with flexibility.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with SAP Concur and WebEx
- Skilled at travel coordination, event planning, and meeting logistics.
- Familiar with purchase orders and internal admin systems.
