Overview

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority's growing legal team in the North West of England who are looking to hire an adult-care solicitor on a 6 month rolling contract to cover a round of permanent recruitment.

This post will involve irregular in-person advocacy for non-contested hearings; the rest of the position can be done on a fully remote basis.

Responsibilities

• Drafting s21As and s16s.
• Handling a full caseload of C-DOLs autonomously.
• Prior experience conducting your own advocacy will be required.
• Have prior experience working within a local authority setting.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with relevant experience in adult care and local authority settings.
