We’re looking for an Application Analyst to join our growing IT team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting and developing Paladone’s core applications, working closely with business stakeholders to ensure our systems meet the needs of a fast-paced, global business.
You’ll be the go-to person for technical support, troubleshooting, and configuration of applications helping colleagues resolve issues, optimising system performance, and assisting with the rollout of new tools and updates.

WeCool Toys is a Global Designer and Manufacturer of Dynamic Toys, Crafts, Compounds and more. We own, operate, and manage all vertical and horizontal production, package, export and distribution processes.

What you’ll be doing
- Application support: Respond promptly to support requests, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance and training to end-users.
- Incident resolution: Investigate and resolve issues, working with internal teams and external partners where necessary, while documenting solutions for future reference.
- Application configuration & implementation: Assist in the installation and configuration of new systems and upgrades, including testing and post-implementation support.
- System optimisation: Monitor application performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend enhancements to boost efficiency and user experience.
- Stakeholder engagement: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system updates, enhancements, and projects.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of configurations, processes, issue resolutions, and training materials to support end-users.
- Continuous improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, bringing forward new ideas and approaches to support business growth.
What we’re looking for
- 1–2+ years’ experience in a technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Office 365.
- A collaborative and proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of ERP, PLM and data integrations.
- Experience with Microsoft Navision (Nav).
ERP experience is not essential but if you’ve worked with Navision, that would be a real advantage.
