Remuneration and Benefits

Remuneration: £45,000 - £65,000 + circa £8,000 - £10,000 bonus

Responsibilities

• Field sales position selling a manufactured range of building automation & HVAC systems
• Sell to OEMs, building consultants, systems integrators, consultants, architects & specifiers
• Involve a small element of managing distributor partners
• Inherit an area turning over circa £500k-£600k, with potential to £1m+

Qualifications and Preferences

• Must have sold a related product such as: BMS, HVAC, building automation, electrical, mechanical, building services
• Open to stepping up into field sales for a distributor
• Ideally sold to OEMs, building consultants, systems integrators, consultants, architects & specifiers
• Team player, highly organized
