Overview

Associate and Associate Director - Fire Engineering at WSP. You will work on diverse projects, from universities to high-rise residential towers, aiming to enable innovative architectural design without compromising fire safety.

Responsibilities

  • Review design information and liaise with other WSP disciplines (Facades, Acoustics, Structures).
  • Present designs to local authorities and the Fire Service.
  • Inform the design team about changes to increase building safety.
  • Engage with project teams across multiple projects and locations.
  • Participate in a roadmap toward professional registration via IFE and other organisations.

Qualifications

  • BSc (BEng) or MSc (MEng) in Fire, Structural, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience within the fire engineering consultancy industry.
  • Role based in any major UK office.

Development & Programme
