What you’ll be doing

A brand new role within the team, you will be responsible for crafting compelling, accurate, and persuasive responses to bids and tenders. Using exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders, including Advisers, Trustees, and Employers, you will help convey People’s Partnership’s competitive advantages and demonstrate how our solution aligns with their objectives.

You will bring a passion for storytelling and client-centric bid writing, building a network of internal colleagues to stay informed of our proposition, strategy, and to engage with subject matter experts to create meaningful material that cuts through the competition.

What you’ll do (Responsibilities)

  • Create responses for tenders and Requests for Proposal that tell People’s Partnership’s story in a compelling, succinct, and distinctive way.
  • Interpret briefs, keeping the client’s needs at the forefront of priorities.
  • Work closely with all aspects of the business to build a well-rounded knowledge base and become a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders.
  • Champion our brand identity and communicate what makes us stand out to the market.
  • Position the organisation as a market leader from the first sentence.
  • Support the Head of Bid Management with knowledge management and reporting; contribute ideas for efficiency and continual improvement.
  • Deliver high-quality outputs both individually and as part of the team.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in bid and tender writing. Experience in financial services or workplace savings is a plus.
  • Exceptional written communication skills; ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong research and analytical skills; ability to interpret briefs and convey findings concisely to the project team.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative solutions for client and internal stakeholder needs.
  • Detail-oriented with pride in delivering high-quality work and openness to feedback.
  • Proven ability to build networks across the business and develop strong working relationships.
  • Passionate about making a difference and capable of contributing to the sales strategy.
