Overview
Join our Strategy & Design team as a Business Analyst and help shape the future of global software services. In this high-impact role, you’ll drive operational excellence, uncover performance insights, and support strategic initiatives across the organization. You’ll also lead the development of smart BI solutions—designing dashboards, building scalable data models, and collaborating with teams to turn data into decisions. If you're analytical, business-savvy, and passionate about improving service delivery, we’d love to hear from you.
This position may be based in Atlanta, San Jose, or Crawley (West Sussex, England).
What you'll do
- Analyze operational, financial, and customer data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and support strategic planning.
- Translate complex data sets into actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with strategy and design leaders to evaluate new service models, pricing strategies, and operational frameworks.
- Support business case development for new initiatives and process improvements.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform strategic direction.
- Partner with service delivery teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements.
- Lead or support initiatives to improve customer experience, reduce cost-to-serve, and increase scalability.
- Work closely with product, engineering, finance, and customer success teams to align analytics with business goals.
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by Head of Software Service Operations Design.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in business analytics, strategy, or operations within a software or technology environment (healthcare industry preferred).
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., QlikSense, Power BI, Tableau) and analytics platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel).
- Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented.

The US base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000.
