Due to rapid growth, we are keen to welcome aboard a Business Development Associate in our Business Development division.

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive understanding of the JONEX Global business model & differentiation.
  • Identify & generate leads and reach out to prospect organisations introducing JONEX Global services.
  • Identify, reach out, & secure appointments with target prospects for our Clients.
  • Attend Events & Expos in the UK & Europe representing JONEX Global (physical & virtual).
  • Coordinate online and Face to Face meetings with prospects/Clients supported by the wider team.
  • presentation of commercial proposals to prospects, negotiations, overcoming objections and completing the entire Sales cycle towards deal closures supported by the wider team.
  • Build excellent inter-personal relationships with prospects/Clients & maintain regular contact.
  • Use social media to the advantage of the company and respond to inbound enquiries.
  • Support with third party consultancies, suppliers & vendors.
  • Any other reasonable services agreed mutually.

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelors Degree required.
  • A relationship driven, confident and consultative salesperson with a hunter mentality.
  • Prior experience of B2B sales or business development advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to adapt quickly & grasp complex business models across industries.
  • Is diligent, comfortable taking initiatives, responsible and time sensitive.
  • Aware of current affairs & cultural differences and embraces diversity with ease.
  • Proficiency in German, French or Italian highly advantageous.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft 365 packages.
  • Must be able to travel within the UK & Europe within short notice.
  • Preferably located in or within commutable distance of London.
  • Must be authorised to live & work in the UK.
