Due to rapid growth, we are keen to welcome aboard a Business Development Associate in our Business Development division.
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive understanding of the JONEX Global business model & differentiation.
- Identify & generate leads and reach out to prospect organisations introducing JONEX Global services.
- Identify, reach out, & secure appointments with target prospects for our Clients.
- Attend Events & Expos in the UK & Europe representing JONEX Global (physical & virtual).
- Coordinate online and Face to Face meetings with prospects/Clients supported by the wider team.
- presentation of commercial proposals to prospects, negotiations, overcoming objections and completing the entire Sales cycle towards deal closures supported by the wider team.
- Build excellent inter-personal relationships with prospects/Clients & maintain regular contact.
- Use social media to the advantage of the company and respond to inbound enquiries.
- Support with third party consultancies, suppliers & vendors.
- Any other reasonable services agreed mutually.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelors Degree required.
- A relationship driven, confident and consultative salesperson with a hunter mentality.
- Prior experience of B2B sales or business development advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to adapt quickly & grasp complex business models across industries.
- Is diligent, comfortable taking initiatives, responsible and time sensitive.
- Aware of current affairs & cultural differences and embraces diversity with ease.
- Proficiency in German, French or Italian highly advantageous.
- Proficient in using Microsoft 365 packages.
- Must be able to travel within the UK & Europe within short notice.
- Preferably located in or within commutable distance of London.
- Must be authorised to live & work in the UK.
