We don’t just make things look good; we make them perform. And now, we’re looking for a commercially mindedBusiness Development Executiveto help us grow our client base and push our services into new markets.
The Role
This is a dual-focus role. You’ll manage and convertinbound leads from our lead generationwhile also drivingproactive outreachto bring in high-value clients.
Your mission: turn interest into action and prospects into long-term Evolution Media partners acrosscontent production,B2C marketing, andlead generation marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Lead Conversion
- Respond promptly to qualified inbound leads generated by our marketing campaigns.
- Hold engaging discovery calls to understand prospect needs, challenges, and goals.
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations that demonstrate ROI.
- Nurture warm leads through the decision-making process to close.
- Maintain high conversion rates from lead to client.
Proactive New Business Development
- Identify and research target clients in priority industries.
- Build and maintain a healthy outbound pipeline through networking, prospecting, and referrals.
- Initiate contact with decision-makers via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events.
- Represent Evolution Media at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Create opportunities for high-value, long-term client relationships.
Other Core Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales process from initial conversation to signed contract.
- Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to shape solutions and proposals.
- Ensure a seamless handover to account managers and delivery teams.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Track activity, pipeline health, and forecasts using our CRM.
- Share market trends and competitor insights with the leadership team.
What You Bring
- Minimum 3 years’ experiencein business development, sales, or account growth, ideally in a marketing, content, or creative agency.
- Experience managing bothinbound lead conversionandoutbound prospecting.
- Strong understanding ofcontent marketing,B2C campaigns, andlead generation strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers.
- Strategic, organised, and highly results driven.
