We work with major brands to promote campaigns across social media channels, including TikTok and Instagram. Grail Talent is based in Farringdon, London, with hybrid working and requires coverage for US time zones.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager at Grail, you’ll be driving how we scale the opportunities we bring to our content creators, whether that’s boosting pre-existing client relationships or identifying new business. It will also involve upselling our clients on our TikTok Shop services and longer-term marketing plans.

This role requires someone who is comfortable in a sales environment, and is highly organized. You’ll need strong interpersonal skills, as you’ll be working closely with the talent teams to pitch the right talent for opportunities.

Grail Talent is based in Farringdon, London, but this role offers hybrid working. We’re looking for someone who can provide additional coverage for our team on US time zones. This role is not a regular 9-5 job and will require working varied hours.

The role will include

• Overseeing and optimising our client relationships
• Research and identify potential brand partners and agencies
• Building and managing a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads
• Maintain regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and spot upsell opportunities
• Working closely with internal teams to align on talent availability and brand fit
