Our Commercial function is the external face of FE fundinfo. Our sales, account management, ecosystem and client success teams comprise of passionate, action orientated individuals with domain expertise who partner with our clients to navigate industry trends and deliver on their business needs and strategies.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities as an Business Development Representative will include:
- Working with a portfolio of accounts, you’ll be targeted to grow the accounts through upsell and cross-sell initiatives to customers who already buy other FE fundinfo products.
- Delivering online demonstrations of the suite of solutions FE fundinfo provides to the adviser community such as CashCalc.
- Managing and re-negotiating contract renewals on an ongoing basis.
- Building in-depth knowledge of our clients' businesses, requirements, and priorities to ensure the highest level of service and maximize all potential opportunities.
- Managing a pipeline and always working towards increasing that pipeline by prospecting and canvassing for new opportunities within your portfolio.
- Building relationships with key industry figures to drive more interest in our product range.
Qualifications and experience
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an Business Development Representative:
- You must have experience in a sales capacity, ideally as a Business Development Representative.
- You should possess excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
- You may have experience working in the financial services industry, if not then experience working in a technology based/SAAS business is key.
- You must have an excellent telephone manner, a positive outlook, and great telephone sales ability.
- You will have the ability and willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
