The Opportunity

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) - New Business, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for connecting our digital services with the right customers to generate qualified leads for the international sales team. Reporting to the Head of New Business Development, you will leverage multiple channels—LinkedIn, email, events, inbound marketing, and social selling—to develop strong prospect relationships and create sales opportunities.

You will play a key role in executing and optimizing commercial campaigns while continuously refining outreach strategies. Your contribution will be crucial in helping the company achieve its growth objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with both the commercial and marketing teams to ensure alignment in all aspects of new business development across Youwe.

Assist marketing and sales teams in identifying and capitalizing on key business development opportunities with partners.
