Role Profile – Business Support Manager to CEO UK & Ireland

Reports To: CEO of UK & Ireland

Location: Bristol – hybrid role, expected to be in the office minimum 2 days per week

Term: This is a fixed-term cover likely to run until April 2026. Part-time working considered with a minimum of 25 hours per week; daily support required.

Start date: Mid-August, allowing a 4-6 week handover with the current postholder.

About

This dual role combines skills of a Business Support Manager and a PA. You will oversee administrative and operational support services, ensure efficient office operations, support senior leadership with project and performance tracking, and contribute to process improvements.

You will provide high-level personal support to the CEO, acting as a gatekeeper, problem-solver, and coordinator, handling confidential tasks with discretion and initiative.

Essential Skills & Experience

Nice-to-have skills include PowerPoint proficiency and familiarity with Weston-super-Mare, England.

Work experience in administrative and general management roles. Fluency in English.
