About The Role
As we continue to experience global growth, Charlotte Tilbury is scaling its Transformation capabilities by creating an in-house change capability within its new Transformation team. The Transformation team supports our most complex cross-functional programmes to ensure the business can deliver its ambitions and that the operating model is built to last.
The Change Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our people are prepared for changes in our ways of working that come with large-scale change. This role is highly visible across the business and offers significant learning opportunities as we work on programmes that touch the entire organisation.
As the Change Manager you will
As an enabler for our business growth, the Change Manager will join the Transformation team. Reporting to the Transformation Lead, you will help shape and deliver our largest change programmes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver change management efforts for multiple initiatives within the global transformation portfolio, including but not limited to: stakeholder maps and change impact assessments, change plans and strategy, communications and engagement plans, coaching plans and education, and business readiness assessments.
- Conduct training needs assessments, develop training plans and materials, and track adoption with reinforcing change methods.
- Support the development of new Change Management ways of working for the transformation function.
- Partner with the Business Analysis team to understand as-is and define to-be processes with clear RACI.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior management across business areas and with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Champion and foster a culture of continuous improvement by developing change capability within the transformation function and the wider organisation through sharing knowledge and best practices.
Experience
- Change management qualification, Prosci
- Retail sector experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG
- Experience implementing change methodologies, preferably Prosci and ADKAR
- Action-oriented with the ability to balance short-term results with longer-term strategy
- Ability to influence at levels across an organisation driving change practice
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and tight deadlines
- Experience working in complex retail environments
- Experience working within a broader transformation programme
