We are working with a highly successful Consulting Partner in the Salesforce ecosystem who is looking to hire a Change Manager to join their fast-paced, inclusive, supportive and diverse organisation. As a Change Manager within their Salesforce practice, you will be working alongside an incredible Salesforce team but also a talented and rapidly growing Change Management team. At a high level you will be responsible for applying a structured methodology (ProSci) and leading change management activities for multiple clients and projects.

You will also be required to:

• Apply a change management process and create a strategy to support the adoption of the changes required by each project or initiative.
• Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications.
• Assess the change impact by conducting impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
• Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs to both senior stakeholders within the clients organisation but also internally.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management activities for multiple clients and projects.
• Collaborate with Salesforce team and Change Management team to deliver solutions.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience in Change Management with knowledge, experience, and understanding to help lead change for multiple customers and successful Salesforce implementations.
• Highly organized, adaptable to each project, and able to wear multiple hats.
• Experience leading a change management project focusing on Salesforce.
