Your new role

As part of a collaborative and professional team, you will provide a broad range of building surveying services to both private and public sector clients. Your workload will include project management, defect analysis, contract administration, planned maintenance programmes, and dilapidations. You will also play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and helping to develop new opportunities for the business.

What you will need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • MRICS Chartered status
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience across a variety of building surveying services
  • Proven experience in professional services and project work, including condition surveys, schedules of work, and contract administration
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
  • The ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
  • A full driving licence and willingness to travel across Northern Ireland
