Qualifications

  • MRICS or Assoc RICS
  • Building Surveying and Condition Surveys skills
  • Experience in feasibility studies and defect reports
  • Contract management experience and handling dilapidations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional qualifications related to Building Surveying
  • Experience in project management and technical specifications preparation
  • Thorough understanding of health & safety regulations in the surveying industry
