Overview

Chartered Building Surveyor role (full-time, hybrid) primarily located in Henley-On-Thames with some work-from-home options.

Responsibilities

• Conduct building surveys and prepare defect reports.
• Undertake feasibility studies and manage contracts.
• Handle condition surveys and dilapidations cases.
• Provide technical specifications and health & safety evaluations.
• Apply strong project management skills and communicate effectively with clients to deliver clear and precise reports.

Qualifications

• MRICS or Assoc RICS
• Building Surveying and Condition Surveys skills
• Experience in feasibility studies and defect reports
• Contract management experience and handling dilapidations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional qualifications related to Building Surveying
• Experience in project management and technical specifications preparation
• Thorough understanding of health & safety regulations in the surveying industry
